General Situation
The rater strong high pressure from China extends to the upper Thailand. Cold weather continues in the following 3-4 days. People should beware of the severe weather. The rater strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South leading to rain in the lower south, as well as stronger wind-wave lower in the Gulf . All boats should proceed with caution.
