General Situation
The rater strong high pressure still covers to upper Thailand while another high pressure from China will reaches during 21-22 December. Cold weather continues until the New Year’s Day. The rater strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand and the South of the country. Rain remains in the lower south, as well as stronger wind-waves. All ships should proceed with caution.
