The e-One Report consolidates the filing requirements of the three agencies into a single electronic system.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Department of Business Development (DBD), in collaboration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), has introduced the e-One Report system. This initiative aims to streamline annual reporting for public companies, aligning with the government’s push for a digital economy.

The e-One Report consolidates the filing requirements of the three agencies into a single electronic system. This replaces the current submission process for the 56-1 One Report, which details business operations, financial performance, risk assessments, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. The unified system simplifies compliance and promotes efficiency.

Discussions among the involved agencies, including input from the Council of State and the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission, are finalizing the framework for a seamless transition to the new format. Data integration across agencies will reduce redundancies and enhance operational effectiveness.

The e-One Report system allows businesses to submit documents electronically, cutting administrative costs and saving time. It centralizes reporting processes, enhancing transparency and encouraging the adoption of sustainability practices in Thai businesses.

This collaboration marks a significant step toward digitizing public administration. By facilitating electronic transactions and improving regulatory compliance, the initiative supports a more favorable and efficient business environment.

Thai businesses are encouraged to adopt the system, which is expected to contribute to long-term growth and align with global sustainability standards. Further information is available through the Department of Business Development’s official channels. (NNT)
