Banglamung police were called to a room in Pornpimon village in Naklua on the 11th of June where they found the dead body of 33 year old Worayut Supanmok
Worayut had hung himself and was found with a belt around his neck and tied to metal grid of a window, he was believed to have been dead for about 3 hours and a number of empty bottles o f beer were in the room.
Inconsolable after the death of his mother, this young man takes his own life.
The dead man’s girlfriend who had lived with him for about 9 months said he was an electrician at a local hotel and that on the day she had come to visit him she knocked on the door but there was no answer. People nearby helped to open the door and found the body.
The girlfriend told police that she believed he was depressed after he had lost his mother some years ago and he simply hadn’t gotten over it, she said she tried to calm him down and cheered him up to live on but it didn’t help.
She said he told her after he had lost his mother his life had became meaningless.
