BANGKOK, 14 July 2015 – The government’s budgetary disbursement will proceed accordingly to each project, says the Prime Minister, adding that the overall delays are due to each project’s incompleteness.
The Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha has said that the government is now pushing forward budgetary disbursement on all planned government projects.
The overall process has been experiencing delays as some projects are yet to be fully completed, causing the disbursement process to be disqualified in some cases. He said that the details of this issue must also be scrutinized by the government’s private counterparts.
Government agencies have rushed the processes of budget disbursements, while in actuality the process can only be done as soon as each project reaches full completion, the Prime Minister says.
