It seems the police could do with a little training in apprehension and detention procedures.
One of their many checkpoints set up around the city netted five young men who had been using drugs, however one of the young men was unbelievably able to slip out of his handcuffs and tried to flee.
The five men are finally detained at the police station
The police were able to catch him and now he will have one more charge to face, that of resisting arrest on top of using class 1 drugs.
