BANGKOK, Thailand – A pickup truck fell off the under-construction elevated road on On Nut-Lat Krabang Road, near Suk Samran Intersection in Lat Krabang District, September 29. The vehicle plummeted from a height of over 10 meters and crashed onto a 22-wheeler parked below, injuring a family of three, including a one-year-old child.

Initial investigation revealed that the pickup truck driver, Mr. Mekin, claimed he was unaware that the bridge was incomplete. There were no visible signs or barriers indicating the closure, and the road was poorly lit. After driving approximately 500 meters on the unfinished structure, the vehicle plunged off the edge, landing on the trailer truck. The family, consisting of the father, mother, and their young daughter, were all injured in the accident. (TNA)
