Ms. Busadee Santipitaks, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, hosted a farewell luncheon in honor of H.E. Mr. Jyri Järviaho, Ambassador of Finland to Thailand, upon the completion of his tenure on 24 June 2024.
The DPS expressed appreciation for the Finnish Ambassador’s efforts in enhancing bilateral cooperation between Thailand and Finland, especially in the areas of circular economy, innovation, education, as well as the protection of Thai Berry Pickers. Furthermore, the DPS also reaffirmed Thailand’s readiness to work closely with the new Finnish Ambassador to further advance the relations of the two countries. (MFA)
