LAS VEGAS – A Frontier Airlines passenger plane caught fire while landing at the airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday (Oct 6), local time.
In a statement released on social media platform X, Frontier Airlines reported that a flight from San Diego was in the process of landing when the crew detected smoke and declared an emergency. The aircraft was able to land safely, and all 190 passengers and 7 crew members evacuated without any injuries. An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
