German man goes on a violent spree, attacking female dentists—police urged to act before it’s too late.

NAKHON RATCHASIMA, Thailand – Fear grips Korat as a German man, reportedly suffering from mental health issues, goes on a violent spree, attacking female dentists across the city. The Nakhon Ratchasima Dental Association is calling on the police to take swift action, citing a serious threat to public safety.

On March 17, Dr. Wiwat Chatwongwan, representing the association, accompanied multiple victims—dental clinic owners from Mueang District—to file complaints with the local police. The suspect, a 41-year-old German national, has allegedly assaulted multiple dentists, causing injuries and making threats online. Despite complaints dating back to November 2024, authorities have yet to take decisive action, leaving clinics across the city in fear.

Surveillance footage from a dental clinic inside a popular shopping mall in Korat captured a disturbing incident on March 13, when the suspect became enraged at a female dentist. He stormed into a restricted area, hurling verbal abuse and causing the dentist to flee in terror.

Another video from November 30 shows the same man violently breaking into a female dentist’s private office in a clinic along Mittraphap Road. He allegedly punched through a wooden door, forced his way in, destroyed property, and physically assaulted the dentist—biting her lip and smashing her head against the wall before storming downstairs in a fit of rage. The victim remains traumatized and unable to return to work.

Dr. Wiwat revealed that the suspect, who resides in Non Sung District with his Thai wife, has a history of psychiatric treatment in Germany but refuses medical care, relying instead on heavy cannabis use. His violent outbursts have escalated, including physical attacks, property destruction, and online harassment, with threats of further harm.

Despite multiple police reports, no action has been taken, and the suspect continues his rampage. The association is urging authorities to intervene immediately before the situation worsens, emphasizing that if left unchecked, the suspect could escalate to lethal violence. They demand that he be either detained or placed in proper psychiatric care to prevent further threats to public safety.
