BANGKOK – The Government Savings Bank has been crowned the best retail bank of 2017 for the second consecutive year.
Suan Dusit University conducted a survey at the Money Expo 2017 held on May 11-14 and found that the Government Savings Bank was the people’s number 1 choice in terms of financial services.
Respondents said the bank has a variety of services and promotions, good rates, and most importantly procedures that are very quick and simple.
During the Expo, the bank offered competitive rates on house loans of less than 2 million baht while borrowers were exempted from service fees and property valuation fees.
The bank’s goals are to reduce financial inequalities among bank customers and promote better access to financial sources.
