BANGKOK, 26 January 2016 – Ministry of Industry deputy undersecretary Sakda Phankla said the ministry has promoted efficient water uses by industrial sector since 2010 under the principle of a triple R: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

Mr. Sakda assigned the Department of Primary Industries and Mines to inspect water uses in nine mining areas in the North, Northeast and Central Plains regions in effort to save as much water as possible for public consumption.
