KANCHANABURI, 26 March 2015 – The western province of Kanchanaburi has kicked off the Thai – Myanmar-China trade fair aiming to boost trade and tourism ties among the three countries.
The Thailand-Myanmar border trade fair kicked off at a sport stadium in Kanchanaburi’s downtown on the evening of March 26. The event is aimed at boost relationship between the public and the private sectors from the two countries as well as to promote markets and trade opportunities for small entrepreneurs.
Top quality products from Kanchanaburi and other provinces in Thailand, Dawei in Myanmar, and Guang Xi, China, will be on display at 340 booths during the six- day event.
