‘Mudmee Silk with the Kaen Kaen Koon Pattern’ has been chosen as the official souvenir for the APEC Senior Finance Officials’ Meeting held in Khon Kaen on 22-23 June 2022 to highlight the local expertise of Mudmee silk weaving and Khon Kaen Province-specific patterns. According to the BCG Economy model, the overarching subject of APEC 2022, the souvenir highlights the application of innovation to establish eco-friendly and value-added local handcraft manufacturing in Thailand.
