KRABI, Thailand – The Krabi International Airport is ready to welcome more visitors during this high season. According to the records of the Department of Airports, the Krabi airport receives more than 160 domestic flights, 60 international flights, and 90 charter flights each week. This is expected to increase by 60 percent from October 2024 to March 2025.
To deal with the expected higher number of passengers, the airport applies various measures, such as arranging more personnel providing services for passengers, providing airport transportations, checking readiness of facilities in the airport, and adding more check-in counters. Passengers are also encouraged to use check-in services through various applications and the use of the Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS). (PRD)
