Ministry of Industry hosts the 32nd Intermach and the 9th Subcon 2015

BANGKOK, 14 May 2015 – Thailand’s two giant machinery exhibitions, the 32nd Intermach and the 9th Subcon 2015, are expected to attract at least 40,000 visitors.

Industry Minister Chakramon Pasukvanich, who presided over the opening ceremony, said his ministry is organizing both events to increase competitiveness among Thai manufacturers.

He added that these events provide an opportunity for them to meet and find potential business partners. As many as 4,000 partnerships are expected to be formed at these exhibitions.

Over 1,200 companies from 40 countries including Japan, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar and Vietnam are joining the events.

150 new technologies are also making their debut at the 32nd Intermach and the 9th Subcon 2015. Total business value is estimated to be at least seven billion baht. Interested parties can attend the two events at BITEC Bangna until May 16.
