BANGKOK, Thailand – The Mucho Gusto Peruvian Fest 2024 is set to bring the vibrant tastes and cultural richness of Peru to Bangkok, hosted by dusitD2 Samyan Bangkok in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Peru and The Food School. Running from November 30 to December 1, this two-day celebration will feature seven distinguished chefs from across Asia, bringing attendees a range of Peruvian-inspired dining events, hands-on workshops, and immersive experiences that celebrate Peru’s culinary heritage, music, and art.

The event kicks off with a Peruvian cooking class at The Food School, Thailand’s first multinational culinary institution, where attendees will learn to make Nikkei Ceviche and Causa de Pollo under the guidance of expert chefs. In the evening, a culinary journey titled “A Journey Through Peruvian Cuisine” will take diners across three locations—Dusit Gourmet, Bebidas Pool Bar, and Mimi’s Rooftop—each venue highlighting unique Peruvian specialties such as duck confit, scallop Nikkei, and classic ceviche. Guests can also enjoy face painting, pisco cocktails, live music, and DJ sets to round out the experience.

On December 1, the festivities continue with a brunch at Dusit Gourmet, featuring eight curated Peruvian dishes across live cooking stations, a seafood display, and signature Peruvian offerings to delight food lovers. The guest chefs will be on-site to provide insights, offering attendees an authentic exploration of Peruvian flavors.
