NLA members meet locals in Ratchaburi for first-hand information

RATCHABURI, 19 July 2015 – A team of National Legislative Assembly (NLA) led by vice-president Peerasak Porchit has headed to Ratchaburi province to meet with administrative officials and local people.

The NLA members were greeted by Ratchaburi governor Surapon Sawangsak this morning. Both sides updated each other on the progress of their performance and discussed directions for the province’s development and solutions to problems regarding land encroachment, water management, garbage disposal, the growing number of refugees and transport.

The NLA team is also scheduled to hold a brainstorming session with local people later today to listen to their needs and problems and to collect their suggestions to be conveyed to officials concerned for use in their solutions.
