BANGKOK, 11 February 2015 – The National Reform Council (NRC) is meeting with the National Legislative Assembly (NLA) and the Cabinet today to make sure their reform efforts are in the same direction.

NRC, NLA and Cabinet members are to attend a meeting at the Parliament to acknowledge the progress made by 23 committees on national reform.

During the meeting the NRC will present its 36-point reform agenda in great details to the members since it has only given the agenda overview in previous meetings.

The NLA’s decision to set the deadline for the submission of a reform framework on February 21st has prompted all the stakeholders to complete their tasks in a timely manner. The framework is expected to be implemented no later than April 10th.
