NRC to review more reports and work progress Mar 23-25

BANGKOK, 22 March 2015  – The National Reform Council is set to meet next week to review more committees’ reports and hear the update on the work of the cabinet. 

NRC President Tienchay Kiranant has issued an order calling for a sitting of council members during March 23 and 25.

On March 23, the NRC will get an update on the progress of the promotion and the liberalization of the installation of solar rooftop system implemented by the cabinet as suggested by the council’s reform suggestion.

The NRC will also review a report from the committee on public administration reform, related to the strategy and the reform of local administration’s budget and finance, and a report from the anti-corruption reform committee.

On March 24, the council is set to review more reports from the legal and justice reform committee, and the virtue, arts, culture and religious reform committee.

On the last day of the meeting, the NRC will consider a report on the reform of public health system submitted by a related committee.
