Pattaya city officials made house calls on three neighborhood cities over the last weekend offering free haircuts, information and other services.
Deputy Mayor Wutisak Rermkitkarn steered the mobile city hall through South Road, Thepprasit Road and Soi Kophai. Services also included medical check–ups, family planning consultations, recycling help, pet vaccinations and opportunities for residents to voice their complaints to Pattaya bureaucrats.
City officials also donated bags of rice to underprivileged residents.
