Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin led a comprehensive two-day official journey on March 23 and March 24 to the provinces of Phitsanulok and Nakhon Ratchasima, aiming to enhance his direct engagement with the local communities and monitor the progress of various developmental initiatives underway.
The schedule for the prime minister began at 11:00 a.m., as he and his delegation departed from Don Mueang Air Force Base in Bangkok, heading towards Phitsanulok Airport. The agenda for Saturday focused on addressing critical water management issues and facilitating discussions with local officials and inhabitants at the Tha Nang Ngam water gate in Bang Rakam district.
Later, at 4:00 p.m., Srettha, accompanied by his spouse, was present in Pichit province, alongside government officials and scores of residents, to warmly welcome Their Majesties the King and Queen at the opening ceremony of the “Saranchit Mongkolsuk” bicycle path.
The visit wrapped up on the evening of March 23, with the premier and his team moving from Phitsanulok to their subsequent location, Nakhon Ratchasima, arriving at the Royal Thai Air Force Base (Wing1) Korat, located in the provincial city. (NNT)
