Police reported Wednesday that they have now identified over 10 suspects in connection to the recent attacks in the seven southern provinces.
Deputy Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police Pol Gen Sriwara Ransibrahmanakul said officials are still uncertain of the level of involvement of the suspects, but affirmed that they will all be prosecuted accordingly.
The Deputy Police Chief will travel to Hua Hin district to follow-up on investigations and will personally oversee the issuance of arrest warrants for all suspects.
Pol Gen Sriwara let on that Royal Thai Army Division 41 in Nakhon Si Thammarat province has issued an additional warrant for a new suspect, while 32-year-old suspect Sakarin Karuehat is still being held by the military and has yet to be handed off to the police.
