Over 20 police officers raided the ‘TNT’ pub situated on Soi Yensabai in south Pattaya.
This was after reports that the pub had been opening past its licensing times and allowing admittance to many underage clients.
The police isolated everybody inside the pub, shut down the music, turned up the lights and proceeded to test the staff and patrons for drug abuse.
Police check for drugs with urine tests
Two female clients and five Thai staff tested positive and the police also found 8 people who were under the age of twenty and a pack of the drug known as Ice under a table.
The pub manager, and those found positive for drug use were transferred to the police station to be charged accordingly.
