Prachuap Khiri Khan officials signed an MOU on corruption prevention

PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN, 1 July 2015, The National Anti Corruption Commission (NACC) office in Prachuap Khiri Khan along with the province’s administration, police and military heads have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on corruption prevention, in an attempt to eliminate price collusion in government projects in the province.

The combined efforts from the province’s top governmental units are expected to successfully repel price collusion, a malpractice that is deeply entrenched in Thai society and costs billions of baht in damages to the Kingdom.

Signing the MOU were Prachuap Khiri Khan Governor Veera Sriwattanatrakoon, Provincial NACC Director Tanongsak Muangmanee, Deputy Chief of the Military Circle 15 Colonel Surin Ninluang, and Provincial Police Chief Police Major General Krissana Jamsawang.
