PRD Director-General hands down policies to government TV stations

BANGKOK, 13 June 2014,  – Director-General of the Government Public Relations Department (PRD), Apinan Juntarungsri has reiterated to PRD-led TV stations to strictly comply with NCPO regulations aimed at creating national reconciliation.

In his meeting with PRD executives including directors of all PRD-owned TV stations nationwide, Mr. Apinan instructed the officials to strictly conform to the policy and orders of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) to ensure that the latter’s objective to establish reconciliation within the country would be achieved in due course. He encouraged PRD officials to perform duties to the best of their abilities for the maximum benefit of the people and the country.

Attending the meeting were chiefs of the 12 regional TV stations of the PRD, including Executive Director of the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand, Channel 11 Chamlong Singtongam.
