BANGKOK, 14 November 2014 – Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn has begun her visit to the Swiss Confederation from November 14 to 23, 2014 to observe research work in the field of medicinal production from natural products.
A statement issued by the Bureau of the Royal Household last night said that while in Switzerland, Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn will visit the Faculty of Science of the University of Basel in the city of Basel. The Princess will take this opportunity to observe research and development work conducted by the Department of Pharceutical Product Science on the production of medicines from natural products.
Her Royal Highness boarded a Thai Airways International airplane at Suvarnabhumi Airport in the early hour of Friday, November 14 to fly to Switzerland and will return to Thailand on November 23, at 10.50 a.m. on board a Swiss International Airline flight.
