Bangkok – With rain continuing to fall in parts of the South and heavy rain expected in some areas according to the Meteorological Department’s forecast, people in areas most at risk still need to beware of danger from the excess rainwater, which may cause flash floods and riverside overflows.
Meanwhile, in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea, waves are 2-3 meters high, so seafarers should proceed with care. Small boats should delay leaving port and people in the coastal region of the eastern side of the South should beware of the danger from waves rolling into the shoreline.
In the North, the temperature is 2-4 Celsius lower and there is a strong wind. On December 6th-7th, the temperature will be a few degrees Celsius higher and there will be fog as well as cold conditions in the morning.
