RATCHABURI – Ratchaburi province is gearing up for another major cycling event, Bike for Dad, to be held in celebration of HM the King’s 88th birthday anniversary.
Ratchaburi officials have been putting up signs and banners along streets and sidewalks to promote the Bike for Dad event, as well as encourage people to join the cycling activity.
The event, which will be held in celebration of the 88th birthday anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, is scheduled for Friday, December 11, 2015.
Bikers will start and end their journey at the City Hall, with a total distance of 29km. The activity is considered a great opportunity for Thais from all walks of life to demonstrate their love and loyalty for His Majesty.
Those wishing to partake in this upcoming event are encouraged to register at www.ratchaburi.go.th. The registration period lasts from November 2 – 15, 2015.
