LISA has been sharing behind-the-scenes images of the music video on her Instagram, and in one recent post with the caption “NEW WOMAN,” Rosalía left a heartwarming comment in Thai, saying “ฉันรักคุณมาก” (I love you so much) along with a heart emoji, showing the close bond between the two stars.



“NEW WOMAN” highlights LISA’s versatile abilities as both a singer and rapper, blending effortlessly with Rosalía’s unique vocal style. The track is produced by Max Martin and ILYA, adding to its strong appeal. The music video, directed by Dave Meyers and shot in Los Angeles, draws inspiration from the Y2K era, showcasing the distinctive styles and performances of both LISA and Rosalía.

After the massive success of her previous single, “Rockstar,” LISA continues her musical momentum with the release of her latest single. “Rockstar,” produced by Ryan Tedder and Sam Homaee, quickly shot to the top of the charts upon release. It debuted at number 1 on the Billboard Global Ex. US Chart and reached number 4 on the Billboard Global 200 for the week. The single also climbed to number 8 on the Global Daily chart on Spotify and charted in over 20 markets worldwide.

The music video, directed by Henry Scholfield and choreographed by Sean Bankhead, has garnered over 143.5 million views and ranked number 1 on YouTube’s weekly global chart.

Since the release of “Rockstar” this summer, LISA has not slowed down. Just last week, she received four MTV Video Music Awards nominations for “Rockstar” in the categories of Best K-Pop, Best Editing, Best Choreography, and Best Art Direction. Additionally, on Monday, LISA graced the cover of the September issue of ELLE magazine, featuring stunning photos by Gregory Harris and styling by Nicola Formichetti.
