BANGKOK, 28 September 2011 – According to the Royal Irrigation Department, the Hai Tang storm is set to ease, thus stabilizing water levels.
Meanwhile the department added that Nesat Storm is also set to disperse which will lead to lesser rainfall in the northeastern region. The drainage of water will be the utmost priority since water levels are on the decline.
The department ensured that around 20 October, water levels in Nakorn Sawan province should return to normal which will also be reflective upon water levels of similar areas. It is predicted by the department that by 20 November, all areas will return to normal conditions.
