A Russian man who went for a swim in central Pattaya, returned to the beach to find that all his belongings had been stolen.
30 year old Mr Vlaoli Mirovish went to the police station wearing only his swimming trunks to report the crime.
He told the police that he was swimming opposite soi 6 and that he had left a duffel bag which contained his clothes, 1,500 baht, his room key and the keys to his rented motorbike.
The police took his statement and were able to give him some clothes and transport him back to his hotel, unless the CCTV cameras have the thief in action it’s unlikely that the perpetrator will be caught.
