A Russian couple has been fined 10,000 baht each for riding their Jet Skis off Hong Island-Railay in Krabi province.
They admitted they did not know the activity was banned in the area.
Officials found two jet skis were legally registered in Pattaya. The province’s announcement has banned riding water scooters and jet skis for up to 10 years to protect the environment. (TNA)
