BANGKOK, Thailand – The Sacred Buddha Relic from Lingguang Temple in Beijing, temporarily enshrined at Sanam Luang in Bangkok, continues to attract a steady flow of devout Buddhists. For 32 days, visitors have come to pay homage to the relic and reflect on the Buddha, the Dhamma, and the Sangha. The event, overseen by officials and volunteers, ensures security and order, creating a peaceful environment for spiritual practice.

The enshrinement has also strengthened cultural and spiritual bonds between Thailand and China, reflecting their shared Buddhist heritage. Many participants engage in daily rituals, including prayer sessions held in the morning and afternoon, as well as meditation practices that encourage mindfulness and inner peace.



The Sacred Relic will remain accessible to the public until February 14, with visiting hours from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. The provision of flower offerings, drinking water, and wheelchair services for elderly visitors and those with disabilities ensures a welcoming and seamless experience for all attendees.

Visitors to the site are reminded to dress respectfully, as clothing such as sleeveless tops, strapless garments, transparent attire, ripped jeans, and shorts are prohibited. (NNT)
