BANGKOK, Thailand – A TikTok user @wouyttt shared a disturbing video from their ride on a Bangkok Skytrain (BTS), showing a woman standing and seemingly vaping a cannabis pod in the train car on January 10. The video was shared with a warning to others, highlighting the inappropriate behavior of vaping in a public space with both children and elderly passengers present.

In the video, the woman is seen holding what appears to be an e-cigarette or vape device while texting. However, the poster noted that the smell of cannabis filled the train car, alarming passengers. The user stated, “I thought it was asthma medication at first, but then the distinct smell of cannabis hit us from far away.”



The poster also mentioned that they had reported the incident to the station at Chong Nonsi, urging authorities to take action and set an example for others. The poster expressed concern over the growing trend of vaping and cannabis use in public spaces, particularly in crowded areas like public transportation.

With both children and elderly passengers on board, the incident has sparked calls for stricter enforcement and awareness to ensure that public spaces remain safe for all passengers.
