On May 26 Banglamung police and paramedics rushed to an accident involving a car and a tour bus on the outskirts of Pattaya on the Krating Lai bypass.
The bus driver stated that he was taking his Vietnamese passengers back to their hotel in Pattaya when a car joined the highway from a left hand slip lane, the car didn’t reduce its speed and the bus collided with it causing the bus to veer off into the central reservation.
The Tour Bus ends up in the central reservation.
27 tourists were injured in the collision and many were transferred to local hospitals for treatment.
The car driver said it’s the accident was the fault of the bus driver.
The police and insurance companies were on hand and will in time ascertain who was exactly at fault.
