BANGKOK, 26 April 2015 – Thai Airways International (THAI) has confirmed the company operates the flight TG319 Bangkok-Kathmandu as normal despite a powerful earthquake in Nepal on Saturday.
Tribhuvan International Airport was partly damaged by the magnitude 7.8 earthquake centered not far from the capital. Passengers of the flight TG320 Kathmandu-Bangkok on 26 April 2015 can check information about the flight by phone at (977-1) 4113140 and (977-1) 4113047, from 8.30 AM local time.
The deadly earthquake struck 80 kilometers east of Pokhara on Saturday and killed more than 1,800 people. The Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reported that Thai people in Nepal are all safe.
