Thailand has been recognized as a frontrunner in promoting gender equality in the corporate world, achieving third place globally for the highest representation of women in senior management roles. This distinction comes from a comprehensive survey by Grant Thornton, which places the Philippines at the top, with Thailand striking an admirable 41% of senior executive positions occupied by women.



The survey, conducted in the last quarter of 2023, involved nearly 5,000 medium-sized companies across continents, focusing on major roles from CEO to finance department head.
