The Ministry of Public Health, in cooperation with Rajavithi Hospital, has provided an online risk assessment form at https://covid19.rajavithi.go.th/test for people to use before they consider visiting a hospital to test for the COVID-19 infection.
This self-assessment tool is available in Thai, English, and Chinese in order to encourage people to be more aware of their self-protection from health risks and to reduce unnecessary hospital visits.
