The Telegraph, a British media agency, has released its rankings on “The 20 places you must visit in 2024.” Thailand was rated as the sixth among them and was the only country in Asia that was listed in the top ten.
The top ten places are as follows:
- Newfoundland and Labrador, in Canada;
- Bad Ischl and the Salzkammergut, Austria;
- Norwegian slopes, Scandinavia;
- Okavango Delta, Botswana;
- Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland;
- Thailand, Southeast Asia;
- Exmoor, England;
- Stirling, Scotland;
- Paris, France;
- Kea, Greece.
Thailand is known for its diversity of natural resources, culture, traditions, and people’s warm hospitality, as well as convenient facilities. In 2024, Thailand aims to create a new tourism ecosystem through high-value experiences and sustainable tourism, as well as distributing income to local areas and communities around the country.
