More hospitals have urged people to seek health services via their telemedicine channels that include real-time doctor-patient consultations via video call and even home deliveries of medicines.
Hospitals have become more crowded as the number of patients is climbing since the latest wave of COVID-19 emerged in Bangkok and has spread rapidly to several provinces, with the highest number of new cases found per day.
Major hospitals that are offering telemedicine services include Siriraj Hospital, Ramathibodi Hospital, Samitivej Hospital, and 9 public hospitals in Bangkok under the National Health Security Office. (NNT)
