MAHASARAKHAM, Thailand – Former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, in his role as a campaign assistant for the candidates of the Provincial Administrative Organization, shared his views on local politics. He noted that public interest in local elections has increased significantly, with more people attending speeches. He expressed confidence that the Pheu Thai Party has a high chance of success.

We must adapt to these changes. I believe we can handle it.”

When asked if he had ever been personally affected by call center scams, Thaksin replied that he had not, citing his “mysterious” nature and the fact that, before smartphones, he carried up to 12 phones at once. (TNA)
