The “Thailand Tourist Police” application offers features designed to provide travelers with instant assistance and vital information, supported in five languages, i.e., English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Russian.

Key features of the application include the following:

– Emergency Assistance 24/7 – Connecting you to the Tourist Police Call Hotline (1155) or GPS tracking for quick support from nearby authorities;

– Live chat with officers – Communicating directly with tourist police officers through the live chat feature, ready to assist in five languages;


– Real-time risky area and police station locator – Staying informed with real-time updates on high-risk areas and the nearest police station for added security;

– Incident reporting – Recording and reporting incidents with the application’s secure recording feature, while benefiting from instant language translation;

– Notifications and alerts – Receiving timely notifications about important events, travel advisories, or safety alerts relevant to your current location;



– Attractions and travel information – Conveniently discovering nearby tourist attractions, accommodations, and essential services through the application.

The application is free to download via iOS, Android, and Huawei. In addition to the application, Thailand’s Tourist Police Hotline (1155) operates 24/7, providing multilingual assistance for emergencies and inquiries for seamless communication. (PRD)
