SAMUT SONGKHRAM – Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) in Samut Songkhram province is holding a training course for security volunteers along the coastal villages.
Deputy Governor Udomkhet Ratnui officiated the event, which started on December 22 and will conclude on December 30, with the key objective of strengthening village security volunteers. Approximately 90 volunteers attend the training course.
Mr. Udomkhet said the course is in line with the Ministry of Interior’s policy to establish a volunteer security force in each village.
The training aims at instilling the sense of patriotism, encouraging people to love the monarchy, promoting unity, and working for the common good. Trainees are expected to be more aware of their surroundings and be able to alert the authorities in cases of emergency.
