PRACHINBURI, Thailand – A lucky trash truck driver in Prachinburi has won the first prize in the lottery, claiming a total of 12 million baht after purchasing two winning tickets. Samran, 57, who works for the local administrative organization in Dong Phra Ram, shared his excitement and plans for his winnings.
In an interview, Samran revealed that the numbers came to him after a dream. He dreamt of driving his truck to the market, only to return and find his vehicle had disappeared. Unable to find it, he decided to purchase lottery tickets with numbers related to his truck’s license plate. He bought five tickets with mixed numbers, never expecting to win the grand prize.
The win was still hard to believe for him. Samran said that the first thing he plans to do is donate some of the money to honor his parents, and the rest will be used to pay off debts and save for his retirement, as he will be retiring in a few years. (TNA)
