‘Vayupak Fund One’ offers final 15 billion units amid overwhelming demand; retail investors can check results on Sep 25

BANGKOK, Thailand – The “Vayupak Fund One” has finalized its offering of 15 billion investment units, following higher-than-expected demand from all investor categories, surpassing the maximum fundraising target of 150 billion baht. Retail investors who participated in the offering can check the allocation results starting from 9:00 AM on September 25, through the SETTRADE website. The fund’s Category A units are expected to begin trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) by the second week of October.

Chavinda Hanratanakul, Managing Director of Krung Thai Asset Management (KTAM), the management company for Vayupak Fund One (VAYU1), revealed that the public offering of the fund’s Category A units, held from September 16-20, received a positive response from retail investors. The institutional investor bookbuilding, conducted from September 18-20, also generated strong demand, exceeding the 150 billion baht fundraising target. This reflects investor confidence in the fund, its investment protection mechanisms, potential returns, and risk management strategies. As a result, the final offering size has been set at 15 billion units, priced at 10 baht per unit.



Thanachote Rungsittiwat, Managing Director of MFC Asset Management, also managing Vayupak Fund One, stated that retail investors who subscribed to the Category A units through the Small Lot First method can check their allocation results starting at 9:00 AM on September 25 via SETTRADE’s website (www.settrade.com/ipo/VAYU1).

Institutional investors will begin their subscription process from September 25-27. The Category A units of the fund are expected to be listed on the SET by the second week of October under the ticker symbol “VAYU1.” Investors can trade the units on the secondary market, with prices subject to market dynamics.
