Bangkok Airways introduces a fast way to complete satisfaction survey

Bangkok Airways is now ready to receive feedback via I-Pad from customers about the service they receive from ticketing staff. With this new system, started March 1, 2013, Bangkok Airways customers can quickly complete the survey on I-Pads located at Bangkok Airways ticketing counters in the ticketing office building on Vibhavadirangsit Rd., and at Bangkok Airways ticketing counters on the 4th Floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Bangkok Airways promised to consider all customer feedback towards improve services.
