After months of murky water and stormy conditions, Jomtien Beach’s water has cleared again with the start of high season.
Pattaya Deputy Mayor Pattana Boonsawat walked the beach with reporters Oct. 14, extolling the beauty of the Jomtien shoreline.
He said waters have cleared, allowing swimmers to see fish and clean sand. And the autumn winds have started to blow, moving turbid water and dirt away from the coast.
