Pattaya’s big day will be April 19 when authorities will close Beach Road so people can enjoy the water fight. Many businesses will put on concerts throughout the festival as well.

According to the TAT database, about 70 percent of tourists will be in Pattaya and the surrounding areas, which means that at least 200 million baht is expected to be generated during Songkran. (TAT Pattaya)
