SURIN, 22 March 2014 The Director of the Surin Office of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Chookiat Pothito has announced that Surin TAT is promoting tourism in Isan and the lower northeast of Thailand to the AEC market, by organizing the “Thai-AEC Civilized Route” campaign, during 2014.
The route through Buriram province, Surin province, Sisaket province and into Cambodia will be publicized through Media Educational Trips (MET) and promoted by field-trips or package tours through Agent Educational Trips (AET) from 22-26 March 2014. TAT will promote travel and provide information on accommodation, tourist attractions, and shopping areas to create widespread interest.
